Reschedule Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling whenever possible. Early notice helps us accommodate your preferred new date and time.

To reschedule, please use the online booking portal when available. If the portal is unavailable, submit your reschedule request by email to [email protected].

When submitting a reschedule request by email, please include:

• Your full name
• Original appointment date and time
• Service address
• Preferred new date and time

Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee, especially if staff time, travel planning, supplies, or preparation have already been allocated.

Same-day, VIP urgent, specialty kit, chain-of-custody, facility, or event-based appointments may require a new service request or updated quote.

If additional tests or services are added at the time of rescheduling, additional service fees may apply.

New appointment times are subject to availability. Elite Phlebotomy Concierge does not guarantee availability for the preferred new appointment date or time.
