Laboratory testing fees are separate and may be billed directly by the performing laboratory, such as Labcorp, Quest Diagnostics, or another designated testing provider. Elite Phlebotomy Concierge does not control laboratory pricing, insurance billing, or result turnaround times.

Clients are responsible for confirming laboratory billing, insurance coverage, and testing fees directly with the performing laboratory or their healthcare provider.
